Withdrawal Right
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered or if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase you have thirty (30) days to return it, well beyond the period of fourteen (14) working days provided for by Italian law. Products must be returned in their original packaging if possible, with original tags attached and must not be damaged in any way or altered.
You can return the product or by a delivery service of your choice or contacting us at the email info@restauriraia.com where you’ll be provided a delivery service for the product. In either case, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product returned by the method that you used to make the payment, including shipping costs, if applied at the time of purchase.
You will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days, the amount paid for the returned item, including shipping costs, if applied on the purchase, using the method that you used to make the payment.

If you decide to return the item through our delivery service you must contact us at info@restauriraia.com inserting header the email your full name and the product code purchased, will be taken into loading the return of the object and the computer will try provide more information.
Return fees are your responsibility.
